Captain Scott Moore has been serving with the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office for 24 years. Currently, he serves as the agency’s Public Information Officer and Captain over the School Resource Officer Division. Captain Moore has had the distinct pleasure of speaking across Tennessee and all over the country on topics such as school safety and public information. He currently serves as the Chairperson for DrugFree WilCo. He continues to help bring resources to Wilson County in addition to the initiatives that have already been put in place to reduce the amount of drug overdoses and help those struggling with addiction.
Susan E. Shaw is the Project Administrator for Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto. Through her work to carry out Mayor Hutto’s quality of life initiatives, Susan worked with concerned community members to fight the opioid crisis and help build DrugFree WilCo, currently serving as Co-Chair of the non-profit Board. Susan grew up in Chicago and graduated from UTK. Her career in Global Insurance took her to many homes in the U.S. and in S. Korea until 2007 when she settled in Lebanon, TN. Susan serves on the Boards of Wilson Rides Inc., the Noon Rotary Club of Lebanon, and the Cumberland University Community Arts Council.
Jared Throneberry is a husband, father, foster parent, volunteer, and speaker. He currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors and previously served as the President of Historic Old Hickory Village and the Old Hickory Chamber of Commerce. He was a 2014 semi-finalist in the Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking and the 2017 Tennessee Big Brother of the Year. During the day Jared is a QA/Business Analyst and an IT and social media volunteer for several organizations. He and his superhero wife live in Mt Juliet with their two kids and foster kids. They attend Donelson Church of Christ where he serves as a deacon and occasionally leads worship.
Bishop Dr. Belita McMurry-Fite is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Heaven’s View Baptist Church where she has faithfully served for over 30 years. A dynamic preacher, gospel artist, and author of Major Mindset Adjustment, she is committed to empowering others with the Word of God. Beyond the pulpit, Biship Fite is deeply committed to prevention, sharing her personal story through the tragic loss of her daughter and niece to the opioid crisis to save lives.
Charlotte Buscher, RN, MSN retired from Vanderbilt University Medical Center as the Regional Clinical Risk Manager. She has served in several leadership roles over the past 25 years, with most of her work focused on caring and advocating for the mentally ill and those with addiction disorders. She serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors and is passionate about engaging various entities in this life-saving effort to combat drug misuse and addiction and the consequences for individuals and our community.
Javin Cripps is an assistant district attorney in the 15th judicial district, serving as the drug prosecutor for Wilson County. A resident of Smith County for his entire life, he brings experience in both civil and criminal cases to his eighteen-year career. He has practiced law in all counties of the 15th judicial district, focusing on Wilson County for the past four years. In 2022, he began as the Drug Court representative for the DA’s Office seeking out incarcerated candidates for our local drug court. He has seen firsthand what drugs can do to a community and a family. Outside the office, Javin enjoys spending time with his wife, Melanie, and three daughters and tending to cattle on his family farm.
Rachelle Reigard is the co-founder and President of Grade A Construction, a leading heavy civil sitework contractor serving Mt. Juliet and the greater Middle Tennessee area. Rachelle founded the company 13 years ago after leaving her teaching position at Mt. Juliet High School. Partnering with a seasoned team of industry professionals, she helped fill a critical need for quality services in a rapidly growing community. At the heart of Grade A’s success is a people-first philosophy; Rachelle believes the company’s greatest asset is its team and is passionate about building both strong infrastructure and a supported workforce.
Beyond her work at Grade A, Rachelle is deeply committed to leadership and service. She serves on the boards of the Mt. Juliet Chamber (Chair, 2025) and the National Association of Women in Construction, and is Vice President of the TN Utility Contractors Association. Rachelle joined DrugFree WilCo out of a deep commitment to protecting the health and future of our community. By leveraging her professional network, she aims to strengthen local prevention efforts in Wilson County.
